These terms apply when you buy a journal, request the free 24 Questions, submit the 1:1 coaching interest form, or otherwise use this site. Buying a journal or submitting a form means you agree to them. Reclamation Journals is the trading name of Reclamation Journals Pty Ltd (ACN 687 616 691), an Australian company. Anywhere these terms say "we" or "Reclamation Journals," that's who's meant.
Every journal is a digital PDF, delivered by email, formatted for printing and writing in by hand. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Delivery is instant once payment is confirmed, if it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder before contacting us.
Buying a journal gives you a personal, non-transferable license to print and use it for your own reflection. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publish the PDF or its contents, in whole or in part, in any format. Every question, exercise, and piece of framing in these journals is original work, written by Elwah and owned by Reclamation Journals.
If a journal isn't right for you, email contact@reclamationjournals.com within 14 days of purchase. [Andy: confirm exact refund mechanics here so this matches the FAQ exactly, full refund back to the original payment method, or store credit toward a different journal.]
Reclamation Journals are self-reflection tools. They are not therapy, counselling, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care, and Elwah is not acting as a licensed therapist or clinician when you use them. Some of the material touches on grief, heartbreak, and difficult family history, and can bring up real emotion. If you are in crisis or need professional support, please contact a qualified mental health professional or, if you are in Australia, Lifeline on 13 11 14.
A 1:1 session is a focused conversation working through a journal alongside Elwah. It is not therapy or clinical coaching, and no specific outcome is promised. [Andy: worth confirming here whether there's a cancellation or rescheduling policy for booked sessions once that flow exists.]
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe at checkout, we don't receive or store your full card details. [Andy: ABN not yet issued for Reclamation Journals Pty Ltd, once it is, add it here alongside the ACN, see BUILD_NOTES.md.]
Reclamation Journals is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of a journal or this site. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee or right that can't lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will change with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
